We use Cosmovisor to manage impending upgrades. It is beneficial for handling new binaries with the latest version, which are subsequently transferred to the directory of the current version within Cosmovisor.

Download and Build to Latest Version

Clone repo

cd $HOME
rm -rf planq
git clone https://github.com/planq-network/planq.git
cd planq
git checkout v1.1.0

Build Binaries

make build

Prepare Binaries Latest Version For Cosmovisor

mkdir -p $HOME/.planqd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.1.0/bin
mv build/planqd $HOME/.planqd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.1.0/bin/
rm -rf build

It's easy, aight? Once the block height reaches the target for the upgrade, Cosmovisor will automatically handle the binaries and switch to the latest version.
