Install Dependencies System Tools

Install Dependencies and Update system

sudo apt -q update
sudo apt -qy install curl git jq lz4 build-essential
sudo apt -qy upgrade

Install Docker

Install Docker or Update to latest version

curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com/ -o get-docker.sh && \
sudo sh get-docker.sh && \
curl -SL https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/v2.30.1/docker-compose-linux-x86_64 -o /usr/local/bin/docker-compose && \
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker-compose 

If you already installed instances Elixir before. Please go to HERE

Download & Build Instances

Instances Elixir

docker pull elixirprotocol/validator --platform linux/amd64

Create DIR for .env your validator

mkdir elixir
cd elixir
nano validator_mainnet.env

Then copy this and change it with your sensitive information. DO NOT SHARE THIS CONFIG TO ANOTHER OR YOU WILL LOSE ASSETS

# Allowed characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9, _, -, and space
STRATEGY_EXECUTOR_DISPLAY_NAME=(YOUR NAME VALIDATOR)
STRATEGY_EXECUTOR_BENEFICIARY=(YOUR WALLET ADDRESS ON VALIDATOR)
SIGNER_PRIVATE_KEY=(YOUR PRIVATE KEY WITHOUT 0X OF YOUR ADDRESS ON VALIDATOR)

Then, save and exit with the command CTRL + S > CTRL + X

Next, you need to run this program with this command

Execute docker Elixir

docker run --env-file /root/elixir/validator_mainnet.env --platform linux/amd64 --name elixir_mainnet -p 17680:17680 elixirprotocol/validator

If log like this picture, it means you are great! It's smooth without error while running. The program runs in the background, you can leave it

Your validator is connected to Elixir Mainnet and functioning properly
